Due to an unexpected issue yesterday, we've brought forward our plans to upgrade servers. Please ensure you're using mail.notnet.co.uk as your mailserver. Further details will follow via email when all services are back to normal. Mail and Web should now be working normally.

Email changes

E-mail has now been moved from the old mail server. For most users this should be a seamless change, but if you have any problems, please note that mail passwords are now the same as your normal account password, *not* necessarily the same as the mail password. If you have any problems checking mail, make sure you're using the right password.

PHP Changes

We have made some security changes so that PHP now runs as the user to whom the script belongs, not the webserver.
